the function of the allied health business unit. Leading a team of Partnership &
Engagement Officers, your critical role as the team lead is to ensure focus,
planning and execution of Kinela’s client growth strategy and achievement of
key business metrics.

Induction Program
At Kinela, we offer a 12 week clinician induction program that includes access to training modules, 1:1 supervision and practical activities to allow new clinicians to transition into their new role fully prepared and trained.

CPD Program
We acknowledge the importance of continuous professional development. That is why we provide clinicians $1000 CPD allowance and 3 working days per calendar year to support development (T&C apply)

Annual Performance Review and Development Conversations
At Kinela, we support the ongoing growth, learning and development of all employees. Through open, 2-way feedback with your manager, you have the opportunity to identify areas for development, set strategies to improve and steer to your future career aspirations. Kinela offers support to further education, training and participation in projects across the business (not just clinical!).
